Project description: The Erasmus+ project “Planning additional educational support using the ICF: Plan-ICF” started on 01 October 2022. The project aims to introduce the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) as a common language in school support planning processes and thereby to improve the learning opportunities for students with developmental difficulties. The University College of Teacher Education Styria will work together with nine national and international partners in the next two years to implement the project activities and reach the project goals.
