I-CO-COPE

Inclusion through interprofessional COllaboration in a Community Of Practice in Education

Project description: The Erasmus+ project I CO-COPE (project duration 01.08.2023 - 31.07.2026) aims to support educational institutions as learning organisations in their inclusive development process through the theoretically based concept of Communities of Practices (CoP). CoPs ‘are groups of people who share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their knowledge and expertise in this area by interacting on an ongoing basis’ (Wenger et al., 2002, p. 4). This approach is intended to support educational institutions in giving all stakeholders - including students - a voice and involving them in inclusive school development in a participatory manner, as well as working together on topics and quality goals relevant to the school.
